The formula “Case Vacanza Li Troni” was created among the turistic system of Li Troni Residence, with several apartments outside the Hotel, and with the same features provided for it: the Reception open from 8:30 to 24:00, the complete assistance during the stay with a staff who speak different languages, the bar, the restaurant, and the pool services.

The apartments in the CAV formula, all in close proximity to the main building, are set in different little building complexes, all surrounded by the green and the nature in which the Hamlet of Maiorca is situated.

Maiorca, one of the Municipality of Budoni’s earlier Hamlets, and (according to some historiographers) one of the biggest of the area, gets its Spanish name from the original owner of the Hamlet, who gave the name to the whole area.

The Hamlet of Maiorca, builted on the hills near the center of Budoni, overlooks the North-Eastern sea, from which it’s about 3 km away, close to the modern touristic harbour of Ottiolu, which offers an intense nightlife.

The beaches of Budoni, are made of white thin sand with little and several dovetails, headlands and indentations which hide shores bathted by crystalline water and deep-sea fauna.
