Standard Two Room Apartment, Standard Three Room Apartment, Superior, and Junior Suite.

They are all equipped with internet wi-fi, air conditioning, a living room with equipped kitchen with fridge, crockery and cutlery, table and chairs, a private bathroom with shower and airdryer (on request), satellite Tv and sofa-bed, double bedroom or/and twin bedroom with wardrobe and desk, patio or terrace with table, chairs, and clothesline. -Standard Two Room Apartment (2/4 people):

This type of apartments can host up to 4 people, 2 in the double bedroom, and on the sofa-bed in the living room. This accommodation can easily join comfort and ease to your holiday. This type of house has 2 environments, including a living room with kitchen, furnished with table and chairs, fridge and freezer, satellite Tv, cutlery and crockery, and a comfortable sofa-bed; a private bathroom with shower and bath linen; a double bedroom with bed linen, air conditioning, wardrobe with hangers, mirror and desk. Regarding their position, the apartments can be placed at the ground floor with a patio and a private garden, or at the first floor with a terrace with a panoramic view.

-Standard Three Room Apartment (4/6 people):

The Standard Three Room apartments can host from 4 to 6 people, respectively 2 in the double bedroom, 2 in the twin room, and 2 in the living room on the sofa-bed. They can be placed both at the ground floor, with a beautiful garden and a furnished patio, and at the first floor, with an equipped terrace and a panoramic view. Theu are provided with a living room with equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, table and chairs, satellite Tv, sofa-bed, cutlery and crockery, bathroom with shower, bed and bath lining, and an airdryer (on request). The bedrooms, wide and bright, include a wardrobe with hangers, a desk with chair, a mirror, and air conditioning.

-Superior (4/6 people):

The most well-finished of the Residence, the Superior type of apartments is also the biggest (almost 60 mq). Those precious apartments are the jewels of the Hotel, thanks to their various equipments, all well-designed and modern. The living room features a well equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, table and chairs, sofa-bed, satellite LCD 32’’ Tv, cutlery and crockery, and it enriches itself with a toaster, an electric coffee machine, an electric kettle, some kitchen linen, a detergent and a sponge for washing the dishes. The bedrooms, one double and one twin with two single beds, feature other than a wardrobe with the hangers, desk with mirror, bed lining with pool towels.

All with air conditioned and wi-fi, they have a beautiful terrace with panoramic view or a cosy private garden, both with external furniture like table and chairs, barbeque (on request), parasol and clothes line.

-Junior Suite (2/4 people):

Placed on two levels, our Junior Suite apartments can host up to 4 people, 2 in the double bedroom, and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room. They are the favourite of our loving couple guests, joining relax and privacy for their holiday in Sardinia. In this category of apartments are being chosen the best and graceful of our two room apartments of the Hotel. Enriched with a panoramic patio furnished with a bbq (on request) table and chairs, parasol and a clothes line, the Junior Suite apartments feature a satellite LCD Tv, a living room with sofa-bed and a well-equipped kitchen including a kettle, a toaster, cutlery and crockery, a fridge and a freezer, one double bedroom with a stunning balcony with sea view, bed linen and pool towels, wardrobe with hangers, a desk with chair an mirror, a private bathroom with courtesy set and bath linen.
